Exchange Policy - Product Restrictions
The following Snow Chime products are subject to special exchange restrictions:
• Face Masks and Face Shields:
For health and safety reasons, all face mask and face shield sales are final and not eligible for exchange.
• Customized products:
Once the design and material are confirmed, customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchanging Damaged/Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the exchange process can often be expedited by sending an email to our customer support team with digital images of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the issue). In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or store credit) can be taken as soon as the customer provides relevant evidence.
If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may need to be returned to Snow Chime for inspection before determining its status.
(Note: Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return)
Who will bear the return shipping cost for a replacement?
If the product is damaged upon arrival or confirmed to be defective by a Snow Chime representative, Snow Chime will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and Snow Chime will be responsible for the cost of the replacement.
Under no circumstances will Snow Chime reimburse (or provide store credits) for the return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If the product is damaged or defective, the recipient must consult with Snow Chime customer service to arrange the replacement process before returning the product to Snow Chime.
How to Exchange an Item
Contact Customer Support to request an exchange. You must make this request within 7 days of receiving the shipment
(Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return; items with removed tags are not eligible for exchange).
Be sure to specify the reason for the exchange request and indicate your preferred resolution (replacement with the same product, alternate style, size or color, or store credit).
After selecting the relevant topic, you will need to select the product you wish to exchange.
Use the "Upload File" button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
What the Exchange Process Usually Entails
If you request store credit, please note that the credit typically appears in your Snow Chime account within 1 business day. This credit can be used for purchases on Snow Chime and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
